These Terms and Conditions were last modified on January 1, 2025. Maids To Serve has been a trusted Family-Owned Business since 2013. We offer Commercial Cleaning, Residential Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Pressure washing, and more. We are licensed, bonded, and insured. 

Our team members are thoroughly trained and pride themselves on consistently creating a clean and safe environment for everyone. By hiring Maids To Serve, you agree to be the party responsible for complying with all policies, upholding this Agreement, and following the satisfaction guarantee procedures below. 

 

Supplies and Equipment

The Maids To Serve team will furnish and use high-quality products and supplies necessary to ensure the performance of clients' specified cleaning tasks. However, if you own unique products you would love to use on particular surfaces, we are more than happy to accommodate your request. 

 

Damages & Breakage

Maids To Serve is Bonded and insured. Sometimes, small items will be knocked off a shelf when dusting, etc... We will provide a credit for any future services for incidental damages up to $150 above that you will need to file a claim with your homeowner insurance for damages caused by the routine nature of the cleaning. Our insurance provider will handle any damages due to negligence or malpractice on our part. In addition, we only used Maids To Serve approved products for cleaning clients' properties. If you ask that we use your product, you assume all liability responsibility for any damage to your properties caused by your products. Maids To Serve cannot be responsible for any wear and tear items that break during normal usage, improper installation, or improper security. Please note to notify us within 48 hours of service.

 

Special Services

Hot Water extraction is how most professional carpet cleaners clean. The price is quoted upon request.

Pressure washing is used to clean homes using water and safe cleaning agents, and it is powerful enough to clean and kill mode surfactants -price quote upon request. 

Exterior windows can be cleaned - price quote upon request. 

Stove and oven cleaning removes tough grease and grime - price quote upon request.

Refrigerator cleaning and freezer will eliminate smells and grime and remove mold. The price quote is upon request.

Service Schedule 

Maids To Serve cannot specify arrival times to ensure quality service for all valued clients. Arrival windows allow our cleaning technician to handle each client's variables without affecting the quality and promises we made to you. 

Client Property Lockout Fee

Maids To Serve offers several options for providing access to your client's property. You can leave us with a key or a code to gain access. Your key or code will be kept safe and secure. If leaving a key or a code with Maids To Serve is impossible, you may meet the cleaning technician at your property. Please refer to the Cancellation policy if Maids To Serve cannot access client property during the preset arrival window. 

Service Cancellation 

Maids To Serve understands that life gets busy, and sometimes, you need to move things around. In this case, you may need to cancel or skip your scheduled service. Maids To Serve requires at least 48 hours notice, or you will still be charged the total amount of the cleaning visit. Please note that Monthly Clients who Skip two cleanings in a row will be charged for the total amount of the deep cleaning.

Payment Policy 

Payment is due on the day of each scheduled cleaning. We require a credit card to be on file. Your account will be charged the balance due, plus any fees, after each cleaning unless you leave an alternate form of payment at the time of service. Maids To Serve will apply an additional 3% for using a credit card transaction for payment. In addition to any amounts owed to Maids To Serve, you agree to be responsible for all reasonable collection and attorney's fees we incur to bring your account current. 

Late Payment Fee 

If your credit card is declined and we do not receive payment within five business days of your scheduled cleaning, a $5 convenience fee will be added to your cleaning. If payment is not received within 30 days, an overdue payment is subject to a late fee of $35. After 90 Days, the late account will be referred to an outside collection agency. 

 

Gratuity

Many clients tip their cleaning technicians regularly or for one-time cleaning services anywhere from 10% to 20%, and more give tips generously at the end of the Scheduled service. If more than one cleaning technician is involved, tips are split accordingly. 

 

Safety 

Maids To Serve insurance and safety issues prohibit our cleaning technician from moving heavy objects. However, we can use up to a 3-step ladder on your property. Our Staff is required to wear their shoes and face-masks when cleaning your property. For safety reasons, the boots or face-masks cannot be removed. 

 

Employee Status 

Personnel supplied by Maids To Serve are deemed employees of Maids To Serve and will not, for any purpose, be considered employees or agents of the clients. If you wish to employ such a staff member, our referral fee is $2,500.
